CWJ Food Bank Challenge: Day 17

Today was another day filled with meetings.  My first meeting was at one of my favourite local coffee shops, The Old Grind.  The woman I was meeting bought me a tea, which I couldn't say no to, so I had a delicious london fog for breakfast! 
Breakfast (10 am)

Lunch (1:12 pm)

For lunch we had the rest of the iceberg lettuce that we bought this week paired with tomato and a (we were out of cucumber) and the last of our carrots.  The next thing on my grocery list is definitely going to be veggies, that's for sure! 

Dinner (6 pm)
Baked Spaghetti 
Total Cost: $4.16
These were leftovers from Day 9.  We had extra spaghetti leftover so we added a little extra sauce and f topped it with shredded mozza, then froze it. To re-heat we baked it at 375 for about 45 minutes (if I would have taken it out the night before, it probably would have re-heated in 20).  Overall I was really happy with how this turned out!  
Total time spent preparing food today: 5 minutes
Total Food Cost: $5.64 or $2.82 per person
Over/Under Budget: $2.36 or $1.18 per person
