I like the idea of planning out meals and connecting that plan with what you buy at the grocery store. It's really easy to abandon your commitment to eat more healthy foods when you go to the grocery store and are surrounded with a bunch of "fun" food. You can talk yourself into buying some awful food "just this once," only to come home with a load of junk food. This seems like a good plan so that you can stay on track with being more healthy. http://mealplannerpro.com
