This post is sponsored by R.W. Garcia, though all thoughts are and opinions are 100% my own. They provided me with the products featured in this post and are also sponsoring the giveaway at the bottom of this post.
Recently, a few of my family members have been diagnosed with Celiac Disease so now I am always on the lookout for good quality, gluten free alternatives to some of their favourites that I can share with them. When R.W. Garcia offered to send me a case of their tortilla chips to try, I knew my family members would be excited to try them too. They are not only gluten free, but they are the first chip to be non GMO certified, which I think is pretty amazing. While their chips don't taste exactly like their gluten filled counterparts, I found that they were a good alternative as far as gluten free chips go.
Since Marc and I are huge fans of Thai food, we dug right into the Thai chips first - they kind of reminded me of ramen noodles in a way (Marc thought I was nuts and didn't think they tasted like ramen noodles at all - I think our parents must have purchased different brands growing up). Seriously though, after eating them I was suddenly craving this.
The Veggie Dippers were my favourite out of all of them! I just love how colourful they were, and they went beautifully with homemade humus!
In fact, I enjoyed them so much I even threw some humus and Sweet Potato Dippers into my new Planetbox for lunch the next day!
I have yet to try the English Cheddar or the Flax Chips, but if they are anything like the first three, I'm sure they are great.
The folks that make these lovely chips were gracious enough to offer an entire case to one lucky reader! You will receive the exact same case of chips that I got to try, which includes Flax, Thai, and all 3 varieties of Dippers (English Cheddar, Sweet Potato, and Veggie)!
