My husband loves blueberries so much, I think it's safe to say it's his favourite fruit. I made him this for dessert this week, and he was quite pleased with the results.
Pre-heat oven to 375 degrees.
In a medium mixing bowl, combine all ingredients for blueberry mixture and place in 8x8 inch square pan.
Next, combine flour, rolling oats, baking powder and salt.
In a separate bowl, combine butter and sugars until light and fluffy. Add the flour to this mixture and combine with fingers until mixture is crumbly.
Crumble over blueberry mixture and bake until topping is golden brown, and blueberries are bubbling, approximately 1 hour.
